How the hat bar works

Three steps to a hat that’s all yours

No crafting skills needed. Emma and Nicole are hands on at every stage, so you choose and they help you bring it together.

Pick your hat

Browse the racks and choose your colour and shape, from classic tan and chocolate to black, navy, cream, pink and turquoise. Leather hats too.

Style it

Pick four items from the bar: ribbons, cords, lace, pins and charms. Add more if you like, and finish with a feather and bullet pick.

Make it yours with letters, numbers and symbols burned into the brim. Names, dates, initials, in-jokes: if it fits, we can brand it.

One-off designs, burned by hand

Beyond names and initials, we burn full illustrations into the brim. Waves, sunflowers, cowgirls, lyrics: bring us the idea.

Summer 2026

10 daysat Brean country music festival

Our first summer took us to events across the West Midlands and down to Brean for ten straight days of country music, hat after hat after hat. We’re mainly out in summer, but we’re booking all year round, indoors and out.
