Black Country Rose is run by Emma Cruickshank and Nicole in Wednesbury, West Midlands. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry or contact form we receive what you type: usually your name, email address, phone number, the date and place of your party or event, and your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To arrange and run your booking if you go ahead.
We don’t use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell or share them, except with the email service that delivers website enquiries to our inbox.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Booking details are kept for as long as we need them for our records and accounts.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies or advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites and doesn’t identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing emma@blackcountryrose.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
